Our Design and Build team can review your existing engineering specifications and recommend the most cost-effective products, systems and installation methods for your needs. We formulate a plan that provides the best equipment, hardware, electronics and software for you and can custom design your build. We manage your project, assuring that your installation is accomplished on schedule and on or under budget.
Controlled Air has an experienced sheet metal fabrication and piping department. Our piping department is capable of refrigeration and gas piping for any size project. Our sheet metal fabricators can create custom duct work, and all is installed by licensed professionals.
CHP & Microgrids
Combined Heat & Power has several advantages over traditional energy delivery methods of centralized power plants and onsite gas use: onsite generation, waste heat recovery, and simple integration into various electrical and thermal systems including new construction and retrofitting into existing buildings.
