Constitution Surgery Center

Constitution Surgery Center was new construction that required specific specifications for medical and surgery rooms. Controlled Air, Inc. installed seven Aaon RTU units, 4 ductless split systems, Johnson Controls VAV boxes, 22 reheat coils, water radiant heating panels, Laminar flow grills, duct mounted steam humidifiers, condensate piping, as well as high-efficiency boilers, exhaust fans for medical gas, and hot water pumps. We also provided all programming for the Johnson Controls DDC system with FX web-based front end, so that all systems can be monitored and controlled.
