Future-Ready Building Solutions: Meeting Energy and Comfort Goals in a Changing World
Energy-Efficient HVAC systems for developers, property owners and managers.
Date/Time: Wednesday, January 15 at 11AM
Meet some of the Northeast's experts in the energy and HVAC sector, as they discuss ways to upgrade building environments to save energy and money. The Presentation will focus on 3 key areas: Current grid issues, challenges and electrification, energy solutions; HVAC solutions; and Building Controls. You will be introduced to Controlled Air, Inc. based out of Branford, Connecticut, who has been at the forefront of technology, bringing sophisticated and energy-efficient solutions to the challenges of today’s complex applications since 1980.
Section 1:
Firstly, a quick introduction to Controlled Air, who we are and what we do. Next, we will explore how the energy market looks today, and where it's going, and what that means for you. Finally, we will take a look at the solutions and technology available.
Section 2:
The drive for electrification will mean utilizing new equipment and design concepts. You will be presented with actionable insights on new applications to support alternative solutions.
- What’s Next: What equipment is available to replace fossil fuels.
- Application: How to look at hot water heating differently and what to watch out for
- An example: Design Success in Action
Section 3:
We’ll explore how advanced HVAC control systems can drive energy efficiency and improve building performance. By leveraging Johnson Controls (JCI) technology, we provide precision management of HVAC systems that help reduce operational costs and meet energy compliance standards. Our focus will be on:
- Seamless Integration: Using intelligent controls to enhance HVAC efficiency within broader building automation systems.
- Sustainability at Scale: How optimized HVAC control reduces energy waste and contributes to net-zero goals.
- Real-Time Adaptation: Monitoring and adjusting for optimal building comfort and performance.
- Case Studies and Results: Examples of cost savings and energy improvements through our advanced control solutions.
Through our control solutions, you can turn HVAC challenges into opportunities for better energy management. Join us to discover how precision in HVAC control contributes to both short-term savings and long-term sustainability.
