Controlled Air, Inc. removed the old equipment, reclaimed old refrigerant, and installed 4 new high efficiency RTUs, as well as 20-ton unit on the ground, new duct work, boilers, and controls. The RTUs on the roof were located close to the edge of the building so Controlled Air installed safety railings, as per code requirements.
